Tim Salerno School of Karate-Do (Mount Vernon, Washington) - My little sister particapated in a karate class there and loved it. Great place for kids.

Woodland Park Zoo (Seattle, Washington) - This is the zoo located in Seattle. At the zoo, there are many things to learn.  We love to see all of the animals and everyone is always so nice and helpful.

Davis-Kidd Booksellers (Memphis, Tennessee) - The children's department of Davis-Kidd features beautifully colorful decor, children's music, and an assortment of toys to capture the attention of babies and older children alike. Baby will especially love the seasonal decorations hanging from the ceiling.

Cranes Roost Park (Altamonte Springs, Florida) - Always nice to walk around and get fresh air.  Lots of activities for young and old.

Columbus Clippers Baseball (Columbus, Ohio) - Clippers baseball games are fun for the entire family. In between innings, they have all sorts of contests and silly acts to keep everyone interested.

Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (Colorado Springs, Colorado) - This is an excellent museum in the old Colorado Springs Courthouse. It has great exhibits on the history of Colorado Springs, Native Americans, pioneer life and much more. One of our favorite exhibits is on the history of medicine where they show old instruments and medicine that will make you cringe! The best part of the museum is that it is free.

Collierville Water Park (Collierville, Tennessee) - This is a free public sprinkler park. It has water sprinklers for kids of all ages. There is a smaller area for toddlers and a larger area for big kids. There is also a picnic area and playgound.

Children's Museum of Northern Nevada (Carson City, Nevada) - They have great educational exhibits for children, offer a weekly story time and crafts, as well as other programs.

Children's Museum - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, Florida) - Lots of hands-on activites, including a grocery store, TV/radio newsroom, inventor's area, and a nice indoor play area.

Chester Frost Park (Hixson, Tennessee) - A nice park for family time.
